Nutrition Society was cultivated from my experiences of fifteen years of working in healthcare & my own health journey. Daily, I saw people wishing they had prioritized their health sooner & the need for proactive healthcare. I have witnessed & personally experienced the fact that food & lifestyle can be either the ROOT or the REMEDY. Powered with knowledge, delicious nutrient-dense foods, & a proactive mindset, we can honor our bodies to create a healthier society one choice at a time. Let’s get to work!
