Why hello
I’m Alli Beversdorf, an Integrative Clinical Nutritionist and the founder of Nutrition Society. With over 15 years in healthcare, my background spans pediatric ICUs as a respiratory therapist, genetic testing in women’s health and oncology, and nearly a decade in diabetes and GLP-1 therapies. Hospitals and waiting rooms taught me something powerful. Too many people wish they had prioritized their health sooner. That’s when I knew we had to go upstream from our country's health problems and focus on prevention. So I earned my Master’s in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Care to help change the story.
I have big, audacious dreams for how we view health and nutrition. A world where nutrient-dense food isn’t punishment or “diet food,” burnout isn’t worn like a badge of honor, and kitchens belong to the whole family. Where food is joyful, powerful, and never the enemy. I want a society where our kids grow up learning how to care for their bodies, not scrambling as adults after a diagnosis. Where health is built early, lived daily, and rooted in confidence, not fear.
I’m obsessed with delicious, nutrient-dense food and I reject the idea that health only lives in extremes, restriction, or biohacking. Life is meant to be enjoyed. Purpose matters. Sleep matters. Stress matters. And loving what you eat absolutely matters. I’m thrilled you are here!
